WHY Athletes
Being an athlete has shaped my life in profound and complex ways. The athlete community is my family—it’s what raised me outside of the home and continues to influence who I am as a person and a professional. I understand firsthand the unique challenges athletes face. The sports world is often glorified, admired for its strength and grit, but the struggles behind the performance are often overlooked.

I work with athletes because I want to help those who push themselves to extraordinary limits be seen as whole people—not just performers. Sport is a powerful equalizer, bringing people together in moments of both suffering and joy. It’s a place where perfection and pain are equally celebrated. My goal is to support athletes in navigating these complexities, embracing their humanity, and thriving on and off the field.
